About Me

I’ve spent the last thirty-five years in HR. Twenty-eight of them as an operationally focused HR specialist, jointly running a successful 24/7, Level 1 B-BBEE compliant food manufacturing company, servicing the local and global markets.

During this time, I developed the unique ability to see problems from both an employee and an employer’s perspective and that allowed me to obtain a balanced viewpoint when dealing with HR problems. I also acquired strategic problem-solving skills that led to the creation of tailor-made solutions that worked.

I understand all too well how confusing and overwhelming it can be to keep up-to-date with employment legislation, compliance, and best practice. And that’s why I’ve developed practical, supportive HR solutions that allow you to focus on your core business.
